RETURN POLICY: Because we make Vintage Naturals to order, it is not possible to restock or reuse any returned products; therefore, they are not able to be returned.

We realize you may have concerns about allergies and sensitivities which can occur even with natural and organic ingredients, we have made samples available in ½ oz. sizes so you can try the product first.

If a mistake is made in your order please contact us immediately, and we will instruct you on what to do. We apologize in advance but sometimes these things happen. We will pay shipping for the mistake. Please do not return anything without contacting us first.

PRICING: Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice.

PROCESSING TIME: We will do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days, since these products are made to order, depending on the volume, this could take longer. Please be patient.

SHIPPING METHODS: USPS Priority Mail is used. You will receive your order in 2-4 business days, Saturday included.
